Good morning to all of you on this wonderful day! Here at CoveredByTheBlood.Net we would like to start a new tradition called Over The Top Wednesday. It is simple and uplifting so please join in and share God’s miracles that you see around you.
This idea came to me one night when I was laying there trying to sleep and the gerbil would not stop running, thinking about everything that goes into starting a new business and how can we not only reach out with God’s words but help lift others, to empower God’s people to bring out the best in each other. Over The Top Wednesday hit me…so I ask you to open your eyes to the good around you and declare the victory! What better way than to declare the miracles you see around you every day being done by people who might not even know how they touched your day or lives. I have been trying to read this pamphlet from church, it is called Thirty One Declarations of Blessings and today’s declaration is perfect: I DECLARE I will speak only positive words of faith and victory. We can all use more positivity in our lives and so let us all begin today!
My Over The Top moment this week was enjoying coffee with a new friend who opened up not only with her testimony and journey into her faith but she opened up about her struggles in her life that she has over come. We have all had times when we feel like the bottom is here and there are many who have hit “rock bottom” only to be pulled up by the wings of angels and the word of God. It was a blessing to hear how God had worked miracles in her life and how she was able to find strength in God.
